Tyler Morse

CEO, Managing Partner

Mr. Morse is Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of MCR Development. Since co-founding MCR in 2006, Mr. Morse has overseen the portfolio's growth to one of the seven largest hotel owner/operators in the country. With $2.0 billion of assets under management, MCR owns and manages 88 hotels across ten brands (Marriott and Hilton, among others) in 23 states.

Prior to founding MCR, Mr. Morse served as the President of Bliss, the upscale spa and beauty products company based in New York City. Previously he was the Assistant to the Chairman and CEO of Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Barry Sternlicht, and was involved with Starwood's overall corporate investment and development initiatives. Mr. Morse has worked as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in its Financial Sponsors and Mergers and Acquisitions Group. He started his career at Ernst & Young LLP, where he earned a CPA. Mr. Morse was also a ski instructor at Squaw Valley USA and at Termás de Chillán in Chile, was on Ski Patrol at Mammoth Mountain, and was a Baggage Handler at LAX for Delta Air Lines.

He is a member of Marriott International's Courtyard by Marriott Advisory Board and a member of the Policy Advisory Board for the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics at the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business. He is also an active member of IREFAC, PREA, and NAREIT. He serves as a Trustee on the Board of Prep for Prep.

Mr. Morse received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Business administration from the University of California, Berkeley. He lives in New York City with his wife and two daughters.

Chris Korinek

SVP, Operations

Chris Korinek is the Senior Vice President of Operations of MCR Development. Previously Mr. Korinek served as Vice President of Operations, West for Flagstone Hospitality Management, the affiliated management company of RFS Hotel Investors, Inc., in Memphis, TN where he was directly accountable for 25 full and select service hotels. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Korinek served as Director of Asset Management with RFS in Memphis acting as a liaison between ownership and management and determining long term viability of specific markets and hotels. Prior to RFS, Mr. Korinek served for 19 years with Promus Hotel Corporation in various roles with the company including General Manager and Regional Hotel Performance Director.

Frank Garrett

SVP, Finance and Controller

Frank Garrett is the Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller of MCR Development. He is responsible for long and short-range financial and corporate planning, maintaining cash management systems, accuracy of all financial information and identifying financial trends. Mr. Garrett's hospitality career includes serving as Corporate Controller of Highgate Hotels, Chief Administrative Officer of Flagstone Hospitality Management, and Finance Director with Hilton Hotels. He received his BBA in Accounting from the University of Memphis and is a CPA.

Russ Shattan

SVP, Acquisitions & Development

Russ Shattan is the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions & Development of MCR Development. He is responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, development, asset management, and capital markets activities. Prior to MCR, Mr. Shattan was a Senior Manager in the Real Estate Group at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where he was involved in development, dispositions, and capital planning efforts for Starwood’s North American Development and Feasibility teams. Mr. Shattan is a graduate of Cornell.

Alyson Maur

Regional Director of Sales

Alyson Maur is a Regional Director of Sales for MCR Development with more than 11 years of multi-brand experience in the hospitality industry. Ms. Maur provides strategic and tactical support to her region and is responsible for sales leadership and revenue generation. Ms. Maur's primary responsibilities include achieving top line sales and market share growth as well as brand collaboration, strategic positioning, sales process implementation, training and development, resource allocation, hotel acquisitions, property openings, and recruiting. Previously, Ms. Maur's career included Area Director of Sales roles for The Briad Group, as well as sales positions with Buffalo Lodging Associates, Lodgeworks Corp., and Waterford Hotel Group.

Ana Carolina Britten

Director, Acquisitions & Development

Ana Britten is responsible for assisting with the company’s acquisition, development and capital markets activities. Prior to MCR, Ana was a Director with Hines Interests, where she was the Project Manager for the Conrad Washington hotel/retail development project. She started her career as an analyst at Morgan Stanley in its Project & Structured Finance Group. Ana received a B.S.F.S. from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Andrea Thibeault

Senior eCommerce Manager

Andrèa Thibeault is the Senior eCommerce Manager for MCR Development with more than 20 years of multi-brand sales and eCommerce experience in the hospitality industry. In her current role, Ms. Thibeault supports the eCommerce function of the hotels, is responsible for growing and managing the online business development strategies among the corporate, tour and travel, transient and group markets. Previously, Ms. Thibeault's career included Director of Sales and eCommerce roles for Buffalo Lodging Associates, as well as Regional eCommerce Manager for Remington Hotels Corporation. Ms. Thibeault received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Johnson & Wales University.

Bill Kidney

VP, Operations

Bill Kidney is the VP, Operations of MCR Development. Previously, he served as Regional Director of Operations for Flagstone Hospitality, the affiliated management company for RFS Hotel Investors, Inc., in Memphis, TN where he was directly accountable for 18 full and select service hotels. He served in this capacity for 12 years. Prior to RFS, Mr. Kidney was an Area Manager and General Manager of several full service hotels including 2 "Top 20" Holiday Inn hotels and several properties from 300 to 500 rooms over a span of 20 years.

Chad Newman

Director of Operations

Chad Newman is a Director of Operations for MCR Development. He is responsible for driving revenue growth, forecasting, and cost controls as well as profitability improvement, guest satisfaction, and team member career development. Since attending the University of Maryland, Mr. Newman's hospitality career has included General Manager and regional positions with leading hotel operators such as Ocean Properties, Island Hospitality, and The Briad Group.

Colleen Ker

Senior Director, Revenue Management

Colleen Ker is the Senior Director of Revenue Management with MCR Development. She is responsible for providing revenue management and eCommerce support through the use of creative strategies, analysis of pricing, trends, performance and effective inventory management that focuses on revenue growth and profit. Prior to MCR, Ms. Ker's hospitality career included 15 years with Marriott International as a Revenue Director overseeing resorts and full service hotels. Prior to Marriott, Ms. Ker worked at several full service hotels in the South Jersey/Philadelphia market in both operational and sales management positions. Her career started in the casino hotel industry in Atlantic City where she spent 8 years in hotel operations and casino marketing. She received her BS in Economics from Villanova University.

Elaine Carter

Regional Director of Sales

Elaine Carter is a Regional Director of Sales for MCR Development. Ms. Carter is responsible for implementing strategic sales plans that focus on increasing revenue and market share penetrations to hotels within her region. Additionally, she provides leadership support as well as training and development . Ms. Carter has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience in the hotel industry which includes roles in full service, focused service, limited service, extended stay, and independents hotel properties. Prior to joining MCR Development, Ms. Carter was as a Regional and Area Director of Sales for Remington Hotels. She has also served as a Sales Director for Lodge works, Hyatt, Dimension Development, and Bristol Hotels. Ms. Carter served as the 104th ASG S1 Army Hotel Billeting, Director of Marketing and MWR programs. She received her BA in Hospitality Management from the University of Maryland.

Eileen Corrigan

Regional Director of Sales

Eileen Corrigan is a Regional Director of Sales for MCR Development.  As a hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience she is responsible for implementing strategies and leading sales teams to increase revenue and market share. Her roles in hospitality have included, sales, training, revenue management and general manager for full service and extended stay hotels.   Additionally, Eileen has held positions with Hilton Worldwide as Director of Brand Support for Embassy Suites and Homewood Suites, Director of Sales and General Manager.    

Guy Beaulieu

Director of Operations

Guy Beaulieu is a Director of Operations for MCR Development. He is responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and guest service improvement.  Guy also oversees the Sales and Operations efforts of Marriott and Hilton branded hotels throughout his region, which includes hotels  in Texas,  Arkansas, and Oklahoma. After graduating from Central Missouri State University with a B.S. in Hotel-Restaurant Administration, his career has included working for Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group as a District Director over the Mid Atlantic-Northeast region.  Additionally, Guy has served as a quality insurance inspector for Drury hotels and has held General Manager positions with Interstate Hotels and Resorts and Tharaldson Hospitality.  Guy is also a retired military veteran with a 20 years of service.

James Spinks

Director of Centralized Accounting

James Spinks is the Director of Centralized Accounting for MCR Development. He joined MCR Development in 2013 and has over 15 years of accounting experience in the hospitality industry. Mr. Spinks is responsible for the company's centralized hotel accounting and accounts payable departments. Prior to joining MCR Development, Mr. Spinks was at Pillar Hotels & Resorts for four years and Interstate Hotels & Resorts for eight years. Mr. Spinks holds a BS in hospitality management from the University of North Texas.

Jeff Chang

Director, Acquisitions & Development

Jeff Chang is responsible for assisting with acquisitions, dispositions, and the capital markets activities of the firm. Prior to MCR, Mr. Chang was a Manager in the Hospitality & Leisure practice of the Transaction Real Estate group at Ernst & Young. At Ernst & Young, he was primarily responsible for creating models and assisting in the valuation and underwriting of various lodging portfolios and companies. Prior to Ernst & Young, Mr. Chang was a Financial Analyst in the Mezzanine Finance Group at Winston Hotels, where he was involved with the underwriting, modeling, and management of mezzanine loans and B-notes for the company. Mr. Chang is a graduate from Cornell University.

Jennifer McGuigan

Senior Director, Training & Development

Jennifer McGuigan is the Senior Director, Training & Development for MCR Development. She is responsible for the design and implementation of property level training including MCR policy and procedures, finance, and guest experience. Ms. McGuigan's hospitality career includes serving as a General Manager with MCR Development as well as General Manager, Director of Food & Beverage, and Director of Catering roles with Columbia Sussex. She received her Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.

Joe Coursolle is a Regional Director of Operations for MCR Development.  He is responsible for overseeing the Sales and Operating efforts of Hilton and Marriott branded hotels throughout his region in locations of Ohio, Georgia, Florida, Colorado and Montana.  Mr. Coursolle was a General Manager with Hilton Hotels for over 20 years operating Focus, Full Service and Resort hotels in Minnesota, Texas, Missouri and Indiana.  He also worked as a training consultant for IHG and as a General Manager for Drury Hotels.

Joseph Delli Santi

Director, Acquisitions & Development

Joe Delli Santi is responsible for assisting with the company’s acquisition, development and capital markets activities. Prior to MCR, Joe was a Senior Associate with Starwood Capital Group, where he was responsible for managing a number of the firm’s investments in the full and limited service hotel sectors. Additionally, he also served as Vice President of Corporate Development for TMI Hospitality, one of the country’s largest hotel owner / operators with a portfolio of over 180 select service and extended stay properties that Starwood Capital Group acquired in January 2015. In this role, he was responsible for the execution of the firm’s growth-related initiatives, the disposition of non-core assets and various other functions.

Kaunteya Chitnis 

Acquisitions & Development

Kaunteya Chitnis is responsible for assisting the firm's execution of acquisition, disposition, development, and capital markets activities. Prior to MCR, Mr. Chitnis was a Senior Associate in Ernst & Young's Transaction Real Estate Group, where he focused on providing M&A, capital markets, valuation, and strategic advisory services to hospitality and leisure clients. Prior to Ernst & Young, Mr. Chitnis was an Analyst within Citibank’s Institutional Client’s Group. Mr. Chitnis is a graduate of Cornell University.

Keith Osborne

Regional Director of Operations

Keith Osborne serves as Regional Director of Operations for MCR Development and within his role, Keith has oversight of the field-based Operations & Sales Teams and assists in the development and implementation of critical operating strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the strategic mission of the company and superior financial performance of the 14 hotels he is accountable for in the Texas Region.

Prior to joining MCR Development LLC, Keith served 15 years as Chief Operating Officer for two successful Upper Mid-West hotel management and development companies.  With over 25 years of hospitality industry experience, Keith has held other senior level positions including Director of Quality Assurance for the Promus Hotel Corporation, now a part of Hilton Worldwide and served several tours as General Manager in both full and select service properties.

Keith attended Eastern Illinois University and majored in Business Administration with a focus in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

Kelley McCoy

Regional Director of Sales 

Kelley McCoy is a Regional Director of Sales for MCR Development. She is responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and improve market share. She provides leadership, support and training to the hotel teams in her region. Previously, Ms. McCoy was Senior VP of Sales for Copper Hospitality and held several positions at Hilton Worldwide providing support for brands including Embassy Suites, Hilton Suites, and Hampton.Ms. McCoy has a BS in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.

Kevin Klein

Corporate Director, Food & Beverage

Kevin Klein is the Corporate Director, Food and Beverage for MCR. He is responsible for ensuring brand compliance and operational standards while supporting local team leaders in creating a positive venue experience, driving service excellence and achieving cost projections and revenue targets. He collaborates with suppliers to gain increased value from vendors and service providers. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Klein was Director of Food and Beverage for the Georgia Theatre Company and its subsidiary Mellow Mushroom restaurant operations. With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he has also held senior management positions with various restaurant and hotel groups. Mr. Klein holds a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management, as well as, an Associate’s Degree with Honors in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University, Providence RI. 

Kim Aviles

Regional Director of Sales 

Kim Aviles is a hospitality professional with over 23 years of experience in the industry. Her diverse experience includes multi-brand full and select service properties throughout the Northeast United States. Kim comes to MCR Development, LLC with the dedication and ability to develop and mentor sales teams, a passion for training in Sales & Marketing along with brand training from Marriott, Hilton and Independent Hotels and Resorts. Prior to joining MCR Development LLC, Kim was a Regional DOSM with HHM, where she over saw properties in Pennsylvania from Philadelphia to Harrisburg. Kim’s primary responsibilities include achieving and exceeding top line revenue and market share growth, as well as strategic positioning within the sales process. This included training and development of GM, DOS and support staff to secure success within the region. Kim lives in Cherry Hill, NJ where she loves to Zumba, dance and write.

Kristen Vasquez is a hospitality professional with over 15 years experience in both full service and specialty select hotel brands. Kristen has extensive hotel sales experience in developing and leading sales teams affiliated with Marriott, Hilton and Starwood Hotels and Resorts.  Prior to joining MCR Development LLC, Kristen served in a senior leadership roles with InterMountain Management LLC, and Ambridge hospitality. Her experience includes direction of direct sales and catering strategies, developing hospitality marketing campaigns, sales training, new hotel openings and transitions. Kristen received Director of Sales of the year two years in a row for Starwood Hotels and Resorts and MPI Rising Star Award for the Houston Texas Chapter.  Kristen lives in Houston Texas with her husband Joe and seven children. 

Leah McFarland

Senior Regional Revenue Manager

Leah McFarland is Senior Regional Revenue Manager for MCR Development.  Ms. McFarland has the revenue management responsibility of a portfolio of seven hotels in the Permian Basin oil field.  Additionally, she handles hiring, training and development of the revenue management staff and corporate level reporting of revenue related metrics.  Ms. McFarland has nearly fifteen years of hotel industry experience including rolls with focused service brands for both Marriott and Hilton, as well as Independent hotels and full service Marriott properties.  Prior to joining MCR Development, Ms. McFarland worked in sales and revenue management for a number of hotel franchisees, including the bulks of her years spent with While Lodging Services in revenue management.  She is proud have been a part of a Marriott Full Service opening team of a the year and Marriott Revenue Management team of the year.  She received her BA in Business from Indiana University.  

Mark J. Kucera, CHA

VP, Operations

Mark Kucera is a VP, Operations for MCR Development overseeing a portfolio of open and operating hotels as well as several properties under development. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Kucera served as President/COO of Presidian Hotels & Resorts, a hotel development and management company for four years. He was directly accountable for the overall operations of the Hotel and Condo Management division. Prior to Presidian, Mr. Kucera served as Executive Vice President of Operations for Expotel Hospitality Services for eight years. Prior to Expotel, Mr. Kucera held the position of Regional Director of Operations, Midwest for Flagstone Hospitality Management, the affiliated management company of RFS Hotel Investors, Inc., in Memphis, TN. Mr. Kucera spent 14 years with RFS/Flagstone where he held various General Manager Positions and expanding to multi-property management. Mr. Kucera earned a B.S. Degree in Hospitality Management from The Ohio State University.

Matt Kinley

Director of Operations

Matt Kinley is a Director of Operations of MCR Development and previously served as Area General Manager for MCR Development overseeing hotels in Connecticut and New York. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. Kinley ran his own hotel consulting company, Hospitality Performance Enhancement Services working primarily with Sage Hospitality, Wave Development, and Jackson Street Hospitality. Mr. Kinley spent 11 years with Hyatt Regency Hotels and 6 years with Meristar/Interstate Hotels as General Manager of various properties including Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort, Hilton Dedham/Boston and Radisson Scottsdale Resort and Spa as well as serving as General Manager for HEI Hotels at Sheraton Ferncroft Resort Boston and The Westin Stamford Hotel in Connecticut.

Nick Katsikis

Director of Operations

Nick Katsikis is a Director of Operations for MCR Development. He is responsible for overseeing the sales and operating efforts of multiple hotel brands and the quality service levels throughout his region which include the greater Baltimore and New Jersey portfolio. Mr. Katsikis began his career with Marriott International in 1994, and offers leadership experience with an extended stay specialty for Marriott and Hilton brands. Mr. Katsikis has also held the Area Manager role for the Atlantic City area hotel properties and has held multiple General Manager and Task force opening positions throughout his tenure with MCR, Marriott International, and Hilton. Mr. Katsikis holds a B.S. in Hospitality Management from Widener University.

Nick Polera

Acquisitions & Development

Nicholas Polera is responsible for assisting the firm's execution of acquisition, disposition, development, and capital markets activities. Prior to MCR, Mr. Polera was an analyst at Starwood Capital Group focusing on select-service hotel asset management. Mr. Polera is a graduate of Cornell University. 


Nicole Wolf

Acquisitions & Development

Nicole Wolf is responsible for assisting with the company’s acquisition, disposition, and capital markets activities. Before joining MCR, Ms. Wolf was an Analyst at JF Capital Advisors, where she assisted with providing advisory services to hospitality clients, including transaction structuring, debt and equity placement, and brand and management company evaluation. Previously, she worked in asset management for Tishman Hotel Corporation. Ms. Wolf is a graduate of New York University. 

Steve Scotti

Director of Ownership Accounting

Steve Scotti is the Director of Ownership Accounting for MCR Development. Mr. Scotti joined MCR Development in 2013 and has over 20 years of accounting experience, 14 of which are in the hospitality industry. He is responsible for the company's ownership accounting, payroll and benefits. Prior to joining MCR Development, Mr. Scotti served 11 years with Wyndham International in both ownership and operational accounting roles.Having supervised the central accounting services group, he was responsible for the preparation of financial statements for 120 of the company’s owned and managed hotels and over 200 partnership entities. Mr. Scotti holds a BBA in accounting and is a certified public accountant in the state of Texas

William White

Director, Acquisitions & Development

William White is responsible for assisting with the firm’s acquisition, development and capital markets activities. Prior to joining MCR, Mr. White was a Senior Associate in the real estate transactions group at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, where he served as project manager for a wide variety of complex public-private development projects. Previously, Mr. White was at Tungsten Partners, where he assisted with due diligence of development opportunities for the Ace Hotel brand. Mr. White is a graduate of Harvard University.
